Request Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your AIVITA account and the personal data associated with it. AIVITA is operated by AIVITA ApS, CVR no. 45641694, Kong Georgsvej 17, 2950 Vedbæk, Denmark.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the AIVITA app:

1. Open the AIVITA app and go to your Profile.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account".
2. Send the email from the email address registered to your AIVITA account, so we can verify that the request comes from you. If that is not possible, tell us in the email and we will verify your identity another way.
3. We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your profile (name, email address, date of birth, and other account details)
• Your health and activity data
• Your chat and coaching history
• Your challenge participation and progress

What may be retained

Certain data may be retained after deletion where the law requires it or allows it:

• Payment and accounting records are retained for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
• Data may be retained where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retained data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted when the retention period expires.

Deleting specific data without deleting your account

You can also request deletion of specific data — for example your health and activity data, chat history, uploaded photos, or order history — without deleting your account. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my data" and describe which data you want deleted. The same verification and 30-day processing period apply.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account, otherwise you may continue to be charged.
